DoTERRA oils are generally food grade, and the Wild Orange oil is perfectly safe to use in cookery.
Here’s how to make a heavenly mug of creamy Chocolate Orange, the vegan, healthy (but indulgent) way:
Cup of Almond Milk
Two teaspoons of cocoa or ground cocoa nibs
One of two tablespoons of maple or agave syrup
Two drops of doTERRA Wild Orange Essential Oil
Pour your almond milk into a mug, then pour most of this into a milk pan and warm. Add the hot chocolate powder and a tablespoon of syrup to the remaining milk in the mug and stir until thoroughly combined.
Once the almond milk has warmed, pour into your mug in stages, stirring as you pour. Add two drops of Wild Orange Essential Oil and stir again. Taste for sweetness, adding more syrup if required. Curl up somewhere quiet and enjoy!
